I’ve had a fair share of reviews on weight loss and muscle gaining elements that are essential. I would aim to eat slightly lesser than what my body was burning every day but always ensured that proteins like eggs, fish or chicken were present in all my meals. Also, I ensured that whenever I eat whole foods like fruits and vegetables, they contained good fats & carbohydrates. In addition to this, there was something about eating protein right after exercise which made me feel like it was helping with muscle recovery. For me drinking more water was everything; it energetic me up and reduces hunger pangs .To make the stuck to the plan easier I discovered a meal schedule that blended well with mine. Finally, I would sometimes measure my progress and change\adapt my diet plan.
